Blanc Dental Care (formerly Hall Street Dental Practice) offers a wide range of dental treatments and services in addition to regular preventive care. Situated in the market town of Todmorden on the Lancashire/Yorkshire boundary we are in close proximity to Hebden Bridge, Littleborough and Burnley.

THE TEAM:

The Dentists - Sara and Nick Cole
Are a husband and wife team from the North West, who met at Newcastle University whilst undertaking their undergraduate dental training course. They graduated in 2004 and since then have developed their own skills and have obtained further qualifications in their own areas of interest.

Mrs Sara Cole (GDC no. 83359):
"I am originally from Disley, Cheshire and I have worked in general dental practice for the last 6 years. I am particularly interested in providing care for nervous patients and children and have an MSc in the control of pain and anxiety. I teach in the children’s department at Manchester dental hospital and find passing on my skills in this area to the students very rewarding. Another of my interests is cosmetic dentistry including tooth whitening and minimal preparation veneers and I have further qualifications and experience in facial aesthetics such as botox and dermal fillers. When time allows, I enjoy dancing, socialising and growing vegetables!"

Mr Nick Cole (GDC no. 83321):
"I am originally from Bacup and have a broad experience of all aspects of general dentistry. My experience includes working in various Head and Neck cancer and trauma units performing minor oral surgery procedures, and assisting in major operations. I have also worked in the community dental service, treating patients with special needs, who are unable to be adequately treated in general dental practice. Since 2007 I have worked in general dental practice and in 2008 I achieved my MFDS from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. I enjoy seeing how good oral health can benefit a person’s overall well-being. I enjoy most sports and I am a Season ticket holder at Manchester City."

The Dental Nurses
Our Dental Nurses, Anya and Belinda have, over the years gained invaluable experience from attending courses and regular in house training. They are a vital part of the team and are always happy to offer advice and reassurance. It is their responsibility to maintain a clean and safe treatment area and ensure the smooth running of all procedures.
